2. Deposit - 1000 EUR
• 1-st installment - 50% - within 30 days after the deposit
• 2-nd installment - 50% - within 24 months after “act 15”, in equal monthly installments with 9% annual interest

3. Deposit - 1000 EUR
• 1-st installment - 90% - within 30 days after the deposit, 6% discount
• 2-nd installment - 10% - at “act 15” issued

4. Deposit - 1000 EUR
• 1-st installment - 70% - within 30 days after the deposit, 4% discount
• 2-nd installment - 20%- within 90 days
• 3-rd installment - 10% - at “act 15” issued

5. Deposit - 1000 EUR
• 1-st installment - 50% - within 30 days after the deposit, 2% discount
• 2-nd installment - 30% - within 90 days
• 3-rd installment - 10% - within 90 days
• 4-th installment - 10%- at “act 15” issued

Completion term – 30.06.2010y.

* All taxes for ownership transfer of the properties will be on the investor’s behalf.
