availability, reserve your chosen property. You will be expected
to pay 'Reservation Fee' to remove the property from the market. You receive a
preliminary contract of sale At this stage (or
earlier) you might choose to travel to Sign the Final Legal
Contract and Notary Act (Contract to Purchase) in front of a Bulgarian Notary

the common parts of the complex: cleaning of dust, air ventilation, basic
