PROPERTY IN BULGARIA Ltd. offers to you a new product - purchasing a property in Bulgaria under LEASING TERMS.
If you wish to purchase a new house in 'LET'S BUILD YOUR HOME TOGETHER ' program you can choose one of the 4 house designs offered by our company on our web-site, then pay 50% of the property price and become an owner.

The rest of the amount is due to be paid in equal monthly installments at 7% annual interest for the period from 1 to 5 years – by your choice.

Minor interior and design changes are available at no extra cost.

In that way you receive a credit in just one day from our company in the amount of 50% of the property price without any formalities-an application, income approval, property estimation, without any preliminary examination and consideration charge and management commissions. So you save time and money.

What you should pay buying а property:
- Notary fee when you sign the Notary deed - on the day of paying 50% of the property price.
- monthly installments according to your schedule for the terms of your leasing before the 20th day of the following month.
- payment of all monthly /electricity bills, water bills, etc. /and annual/ property tax, garbage collection fee /charges concerning the usage and maintenance of the property.
- insurance of the property for the term of the leasing (fire, flood, etc.).
The installments' payment begins after receiving Protocol for Usage /Act 16/ - no interest is charged for the time of the building works.

BY INSTALMENTS - UP TO 60 MONTHS

3000 EUR deposit
the rest to the 50% of the property price are to be paid within 30 days.
The property is transferred with a notary deed describing the obligation of the client to pay the remaining 50% plus the interest for the period in equal monthly installments for the specified period of time.
